Erremme biodegrable line is made by PLA and/or by similar biodegradable materials.
PLA, in other words polylactic acid, is a polymer coming from renewable sources.
This material is obtained by the polymerization of the lactic acid, derived from dextrose
(sugar), coming from sugar cane, beetroot, wheat and other plants rich in sugar.
Dextrose is converted in lactic acid through a fragmentation process, and subsequently in
versatile polymers, suitable to produce resins similar to plastic, or fibers.
